Workout Blitz

With only 3 weeks left before I head to Manila, and my wedding, its time to spend some serious hours at the gym. Since I'm not at work again until Jan 26th, that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

However, this time my buddy Gord and I are going to incorporate our training programs. We will liff weights 3 times a week (my routine) and on every other day, we will do muscular endurance exercises focusing on core muscle groups (abs) and legs.

On top of the this Gord wants to start running up stairs again at our apartment building (all 12 stories!) because his knee pain is preventing him from hiking outside.

Should be fun.
